Terms of Service

CryzyWatch is an online advertising platform that connects private sellers and professional dealers of luxury watches with prospective buyers. CryzyWatch is operated by SCANDICA LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States, with a registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, US.

SCANDICA LLC provides listing, search and account services only. It is not a party to transactions between watch buyers and sellers and does not receive or hold purchase funds, provide escrow, take possession of watches, or arrange delivery.

CryzyWatch does not authenticate, inspect, value, insure, guarantee, buy or sell any watch. Buyers and sellers are responsible for their own due diligence and for agreeing payment, collection, delivery and any transaction-specific terms directly with each other.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an account or use account features. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and complete.

Your account is personal and may not be transferred. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly at contact@cryzywatch.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may require reasonable information to verify an account, listing or reported concern. We may restrict or suspend access while conducting a safety, fraud or policy review.

Sellers are solely responsible for their listings. Each listing, including its brand, model, reference number, condition, ownership, photographs, price and contact information, must be accurate and must truthfully represent the watch offered.

You may not list stolen, counterfeit, unlawfully obtained or prohibited items, use images without permission, impersonate another person or business, or publish deceptive, duplicate or fraudulent listings.

Listings may be reviewed before publication and after material edits. We may reject, hide or remove a listing, or suspend an account, where we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law or platform safety requirements have been breached.

A paid single listing is a one-time service costing USD 10 and provides 30 days of active visibility beginning when the listing is first published after review. It does not renew automatically.

SCANDICA LLC is the seller of CryzyWatch platform services. Stripe processes payments for listing fees and seller subscriptions. CryzyWatch does not store complete payment card details. Taxes, where applicable, are shown during checkout.

Seller Monthly costs USD 49.99 and automatically renews each month. Seller Annual costs USD 250 and automatically renews each year. By selecting a recurring plan and confirming payment, you expressly authorise SCANDICA LLC and Stripe to charge the applicable price, plus any displayed taxes, to your selected payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

You can cancel an automatically renewing subscription online at any time through Dashboard → Subscription → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; access continues until that date unless it is suspended for a chargeback, fraud, abuse or breach of these Terms.

If an automatic renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and request an updated payment method. CryzyWatch provides a seven-day payment recovery period beginning with the first failed renewal attempt. Subscription access may remain available during this period. If payment has not been recovered when the seven-day period ends, subscription privileges and associated listing visibility are suspended until payment is successfully recovered or a new eligible plan is purchased.

Prices, billing frequency, automatic-renewal terms and cancellation instructions are presented before payment. If we change the price of a recurring plan, we will provide advance notice and any additional notice required by applicable law before the new price applies to a renewal. Refunds and cancellation rights are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Buyer accounts are free. Registration and sign-in are required to browse published listings and view seller phone or WhatsApp contact details.

CryzyWatch does not process payments for watches. Before completing a transaction, buyers should independently verify the seller, ownership, authenticity, condition and value of the watch and use a safe payment and delivery method.

Any agreement to buy or sell a watch is made directly between the buyer and seller. CryzyWatch is not responsible for payment, collection, shipping, customs, taxes, insurance, authenticity, condition, delivery, returns or disputes relating to that transaction.

You must not use CryzyWatch to break the law; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; post false, misleading or fraudulent content; harass or harm others; transmit malicious code; scrape or systematically collect platform data; bypass access controls; interfere with platform operation; or attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.

We may investigate suspected misuse, preserve relevant records, cooperate with lawful requests and take proportionate action, including removing content, restricting features or terminating an account.

The CryzyWatch name, logo, software, design and original platform content are owned by or licensed to SCANDICA LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SCANDICA LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, display and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and promote CryzyWatch and your listing. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup retention, legal obligations and material already used in lawful platform communications.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content you upload and that our permitted use of it will not violate another person's rights.

CryzyWatch is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, listing accuracy, successful contact, or completion of any watch transaction.

We do not endorse or guarantee any user, seller, buyer, listing, watch, statement or third-party service. Nothing on the platform constitutes authentication, valuation, legal, financial or investment advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SCANDICA LLC and its officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of the platform or from a transaction between users.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to paid CryzyWatch services will not exceed the fees you paid to SCANDICA LLC for those services during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdiction rules in your place of residence give you additional rights or permit a claim to be brought elsewhere.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law or safety requirements. We will update the date shown above and provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights relating to a completed payment.
